Help & FAQ
Quick answers about anonymous rooms, voice, and storage.
-
How do I invite someone?
Create a room, confirm your age, then copy the invite link. The link includes a secure token that grants access to your room.
-
Where are messages stored?
Only in your browser (IndexedDB) and exchanged via P2P with other participants. Nothing is stored on our servers.
-
How does voice work?
WebRTC establishes a direct P2P connection first. If that fails, a relay fallback is available. Check your mic permissions and use the retry button if the connection drops.
-
What about privacy?
No accounts, no tracking, no analytics. Rooms expire after 24 hours and the sweeper automatically clears old metadata.
-
Can I export my chat history?
Yes! Use the export button in the room header to download your messages as JSON. You can import them later on another device.
